Browse through our collection of maternity and post pregnancy dress rentals and select your favourite look. Once reserved, we will deliver to your door before your event. Once the rental period is finished, simply place the dress in the pre-paid envelope and return to us.
How long is the rental period?
Our most common rentals are 4 or 8 day reservations. We recommend you book your order to arrive 1-2 days prior to your event to ensure you have plenty of time to get the perfect look. Think of it this way:
Day 1 - Receive your dress via a courier and try it on
Day 2 - Accessorize and find the right shoes for the dress
Day 3 - Wear it (and work it) at your event
Day 4 - Return your rental in the pre-paid return satchel (provided in your dress box) at the nearest Post box or Post Office by 4pm on the last day of your rental (day 4 or day 8).
We recommend returning the parcel across the counter at an Australia Post Office where the parcel will be scanned as immediate proof of return. If you choose to return via an Australia Post box it is your responsibility until the first scan performed via Australia Post.
When should I reserve my dress?
You can reserve your favourite dress/accessories up to 3 months in advance, and schedule your order to arrive 1-2 days before your event. If you have an urgent need and have less than 1 weeks notice, please call me directly on 0429 341 491 and I will be able to assist you.
Can I try the dress on before hiring?
If you are located in Melbourne, please email email@example.com to make an appointment.
You can also arrange for the dress to be sent to you well before your event for an overnight try on service. This service costs $30 and can be arranged by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is included in the rental price?
The price covers all costs associated with your dress rental. This includes the cost to courier the dress directly to your door, pre-paid express post return of the dress and dry cleaning. No hidden costs, what you see as the advertised price is what you pay. If you are located close to Spotswood and would prefer to try the dress on before hiring, the price will be adjusted to exclude the postage costs.
What if the dress I rented doesn't fit?
If you aren’t 100% satisfied with the dress, please first email email@example.com to notify us. We will advise you to return it in the provided Australia Post satchel. You can either choose another dress, which will be dispatched when we receive the unsuitable dress, or you can take up a credit voucher (less postage of $30) to use at another time. To re-send the second dress, a $30 fee will be charged to the customer for postage costs.
What if I accidentally damage the dress?
Accidents are bound to happen. If you do damage the dress, please let me know. There will be no charge if its a minor stain or damage. However, if the item is damaged beyond repair, the fee is the retail price of the item. If the item is never returned, the fee is double the retail price of the item.
What if I need to iron the dress?
We do our best to ensure that every dress arrives wrinkle-free. Certain fabrics are more prone to wrinkles though, and if you receive a dress with slight creases, you can hang the dress in a steamy bathroom and the steam will de-crease it. However, please ensure to hang the dress where it can't accidentally get splashed. Note: please do not iron the dress as this may cause damage.
What if I can't find what I'm looking for?
What happens if I don't return the dress on time?
We will send you a reminder on the final day of your rental period. If the dress is not returned on the day its due, a $30 a day late fee will apply.
